Surrounded by pine trees surrounded by tropical vegetation, palm trees and bougainvilleas you hear the waves on the Atlantic beach, 650 meters away break. Andalusian Non smoking villa with 12 beds in 5 spacious bedrooms (one 4-bed room) with 5 ensuite bathrooms. Suitable for 3 families or a large family, couples, long term rentals, children, seniors and regions (2 steps in the house) for wheelchair users to max. 12 people. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets and burglary protection, so you can sleep at night carefree even with the windows open.
Upscale decor with comfortable, stylish atmosphere, decorated with Moorish tapestries and art objects selected walls with Andalusian-Moorish touch. Fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances, large 90 gas / electric hob, large American fridge / freezer and separate pantry.
A spacious swimming pool (10 x 5 m) invites you to swimming, water polo games or relaxing one, right next to the covered, large pool terrace or in the shade of nearby palm and pine trees - ideal for siestas.
There is a separate dining terrace behind the house located facing the pool and a front porch (perfect for breakfast in the morning sun) with many fragrant plants. All kinds of water sports, paddle and tennis are all within walking distance. A wonderful place in winter (fireplace and heating are not only available, but also work), at about 18-20 degrees and sun - while it's cold and gray in Northern Europe.
Numerous excursions provide plenty of variety:
- Clothing / shoes / flea market every Friday morning-in Conil (15 min.)
- Climbing through the treetops of the neighboring pine forest (5 Min.)
- Horse lovers will find several riding stables nearby (10-20 min.)
- The famous white villages (Medina Sidonia, Vejer, Arcos, 30-60 min.)
- Cadiz (30 mins): Take a stroll through the picturesque old town with its beautiful buildings, plazas and parks, probably the oldest and one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Ferry from Cádiz to Puerto Santa Maria: Eat huge Gambas from a newspaper.
- Jerez (45 min): Visit Sherry bodegas Domecq, Gonzalez Byass or the famous riding school for your children the Aqua Sherry water park, the zoo or a huge shopping center near the airport.

Summary: The property is great and just as advertised (maybe even better). Incredible beaches nearby in walking distance. Great communication with the owner. The the manager of the property was on the end of the phone when needed although there was a little confusion at check in which resulted in me waiting for 1.5 hours outside the property before she arrived. The kitchen is really well stocked with equipment and the pool is fabulous. Only one room has air con (as advertised) but the other rooms had fans. I think all bedrooms could do with air con when the temp is 30+ but it was okay. All in all a great break and we've found a place we would love to return to. Thank you family Hoffer! end of

Summary: Beautiful property, very well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Beautiful pool and garden. Short walk to two gorgeous beaches, and good sporting facilities 3 minutes down the street. As two families, we particularly appreciated the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as the beautiful outdoor dining area. We had a wonderful week!

Summary: Family trip to this part of Spain. Great response rate from the owner. Very helpful. Lovely House, more spacious than it looks on the website actually. Came in October and pool still usable (for shorter periods of time) Lovely garden, great location just a few minutes from a stunning beach (with surf). Very happy. Thanks!

Summary: Excellently equipped villa. The rooms are all ensuite and equally furnished. The kitchen was perfect with all necessary appliances and good kitchenware. The owners made us feel very welcommed and special. We got excellent advice on where to go and where to eat. We highly recommend.

Summary: The villa is located about 7 minutes walk from a very nice beach in Conil. The neighborhood is quite nice although you would need a car for grocery shopping and getting around. A very nice pizzeria is only a few minutes drive away and a nice restaurant is just across the pine alley (can't remember the name but it was not shown in my maps, we just stumbled on it and really enjoyed it). All the the necessary amenities are there: the kitchen is full of dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. The climate in the area is very nice, we were worried about not having AC in all the bedrooms, but you really don't need it. The dining area outside was lovely to use for our large group, we only wished the light could be a little brighter for later night board games outside. The communication with the owner was smooth. My advise would be to estimate your arrival time well as if you will run late you will be charged for the waiting time by the hour. The garden is large and very well taken care of, the kids particularly enjoyed nice high swings, and of course the feeling of space. All in all a very lovely well furnished villa with a very nice pool, which we used daily.
